Alaska Adventure Photos!

Mrs. Moose and twins behind Tom & Karol Benroth’s house
in Anchorage, Alaska. Chet and I loved traveling to visit family
in Alaska last June! “Click in” frequently for more photos…

Marla pals around with a furry friend (stocking up for hibernation???) at the Alaska Wildberry Park, a country store in Anchorage, Alaska during their June 2008 trip to visit Chet’s brother Tom and sis-in-law Karol.

CHOCOLATE WATERFALL – Constructed in 1994, the 20-foot Chocolate Waterfall  at the Alaska Wild Berry Products country store is believed to be the largest of its kind in the world. The idea was conceived by owner Peter Eden and designed by Homer, AK, artist Mike Sirle. It contains 3,400 pounds of real liquid chocolate.
(A disclaimer near the falls says: “This Chocolate ‘Waterfall’ is for your visual entertainment ONLY! Please do not eat the Chocolate.)
